Do we really think that the reexam will prove anything different that has already been determined to be a good patent? IMO the reexam will be in our favor.

 And one more point...everyone involved in the case against the j3 know that to date there are 20+ ( some of with are hugh)companies with teams of lawyers far greater that the j3 lawyers have signed areements with us.J3 are stalling and will have to pay a great deal more for thier stupidity.and as long as we keep signing one or two or more a month it's just a matter of time before they cave in.
