I'm going back to my original theory on the Stay. They are stalling, not getting the deal they want. They got no hope this is all that is left for them. Hoping for something, anything to happen with the USPTO. If you were them and you were losing the case, which they are, what would you do?... what they did, stay the case hope for a reasonable settlement, if you didn't get it, what have you got to lose but try to keep stalling. I think we may see a MSJ soon.
