Absolutely not kidding. I think that PTSC has managed to put itself in the midddle of a knock-down-drag-out fight between AMD and INTC. I may be the only one on this board that doesn`t believe that INTC is not intimidated by AMD, but I believe that the time for negociation has passed and this sucker is going to trial.

I put he odds against a pre trial agreement at 20 - 1. (full disclosure - that`s better odds than I had for an agreement with AMD)
