1. I don't think there will be an announcement until PTO makes a decision. J3 does not want to make a decision based on Judge Ward's Markman decision and will only cave in when the US Gov't makes a decisionthat patent is for real.

2. I believe they will make a decision in 3 weeks.

3. Decision could be anytime between now and then.

4. SP will bounce around since there are many here for short term gain. There are also many who will jump on the lower SP.

5. Focus and determination of TPL is clear. They know what they have and have studied this to the nth degree. Court decision is critical not to large settlement but proof beyond doubt that this patent is the real deal.

6. Waiting should be over prior to Christmas.

6. I too am exasperated but no one really cares except the other longs.
