I`ll entertain your theory about both sides getting to Fogel and asking for a delay.

But why even ask for a ruling delay? What good does it do, unless PSTC is just trying to turn the screws slowly on TPL? - I`d think once Fogel has the case, he wants to rule and not be held up. I can`t see how he`d tolerate interference and delays - They came to him for ruling, and it`s now with him.

I`d rather see Fogel do his job, make the rule, set the date and then make TPL sweat, big time.

Unless it is overpoweringly obvious TPL`s gonna lose, I`d think they`d take their chances on the ruling than to fold so quickly.

(Wish youd`ve kept the clubfed handle, change for me is tough...)
