I personally have pointed out the other major error in your thinking TWICE already.  Have you read the proposed patent reform act?  Obviously not, because it clearly states (as proposed) that the law will only affect new patents granted one full year after the act is put into law.  That leaves us OUT.  Got it?  Third time a charm?
