I mentioned that last week i had the ear of a Tradmark/copyright lawyer whose family also does Patent lititgation........

The two basic statements that she said has stuck with me.....
" Their is little justice in law/litigation "

" You must scare people before it goes to court"

I believe that 90% of all cases settle.....Correct me if i am wrong...... The fear of getting nothing and the fear of having to pay 3x's the price in court would make the wise shake hands.....

I know that i have had a headache since Friday......I might buy stock in Advil...............Larry
