Along the lines of "no pun in ten did", I do find it hard to believe that in these supposed settlement negotiations, not one of the few did.
I'm convinced that, at this point, our team is negotiating separately with at least three entities. I say at least, because of the sub-entities involved (e.g., some of the NEC entities licensed, and others did not). It could be that we're having to negotiate with each and every corporate entity involved on the defendant side.
Now, the deadline for the Stay might just be today, and the deadline (as suggested by Kiddtrader's contacts) may not be that big a deal. And we may not hear a peep until Monday in any case.
But I do have a real hard time believing that all these entities are operating in perfect concert. They may be, but they are competitors, and a perceived better deal by one puts that one at a probable overall competitive advantage over the others, business wise.
So at least three, and possibly 10+ entities, and not one settled? Wow! Just hard to believe....
But then, it's hard for me to believe, actually KNOW, that we're trading for a mere 60+ cents a share!
JMHOs,
