On the other hand, I hope our side has made it clear to the J Team that the longer they obfuscate, procrastinate, and negotiate, the higher the ultimate price will be.  I would think a pending MSJ would be powerful incentive to do the deal before this stay expires.  So, in that respect, the sooner their side comes to terms, the happier J management should be.  JMHDO
