What does point six mean?

I don't recall seeing a point 6 being used in the bid or ask, ie .616. For those that think the mm's give signals, I wonder what that might mean. Seems like it's going to be a higher volume day already. I have a busy day at work. I sure wish I could just watch this board all day long. Something significant is happening to day IMO, whether we know about it today is another issue. GLTAL
