I hate to be a downer, but we may only see an acknowledgement that the stay is over with no information. This won't necesarily mean the settlement didn't occur. The Settlement anouncement will be anounced when they are ready. In my opinion, I am still predicting some time between now and January 8th.

Here to a wonderful wealthy Christmas season to all (including the Js cause you know they have/will hedge their bets on the MMP by buying the stock).
