I posted this last evening to Dennis, but it still applies:

IMO, settlement is a done deal, but now we are stuck with waiting until "they" decide the best time to release the news.

My suggestion is that we send them a tuit.  You know, a round tuit...because they may let us know when they get a round tuit.  LOL
