The fact that this is not settled yet, shows me that the J's are and will continue to drag their feet.  I hope they are dragging because of the astronomical numbers TPL is presenting. 

If the J's want to wait this out any longer, I am hoping TPL requests a MSJ.  I believe a judgement will send a stronger message to the rest of the world on the validity and value of our patents.

A MSJ ruling in our favor would probably dissuade the Apples and Microsofts from taking us down this path again.  I don't know if a mediocre/respectable ruling would have the same effect.
