Personally I do not believe that a ruling on ACP in the defendants favor would result in TPL/TTC agreeing to the Stay... They would just say.. 'all right, now what?' ..but I also don't believe JW would reverse what another Fed court Judge already ruled on, and which survived an appeal process....
