I have read that some posters believe the announcements will be made when the market is closed or may possibly halt the trading of the stock if it occurs during trading hours.

My feeling is that people should not have their sell orders in at .65 unless they are prepared to sell their shares for that price.  Anyone following the stock is aware that news could happen at anytime. 

I would not risk flipping the stock this close to a possible settlement date.  If I did and was wrong, my problem. 

I hope the news comes out as soon as an agreement is made.
