Do you remember the days before the Markman Hearing?

There were some guys here at agoracom, who were convinced we would see an increase in volume and shareprice on the way to the final decision...but nothing happened: Shareprice and volume started to grow AFTER the Markman Hearing's result were published.

Though I agree with your skeptical view about the "slam dunk" settlement approach (when I read the pacer/filing/pr, THEN I'll get excited, not one second before), I'm still convinced, that the exchange market does not reflect the reality (behind the totally closed doors of TPL/PTSC and the J3).
