Tomorrow and next month

Tomorrow and/or Monday should be interesting days..probably Monday. These are not necessarily decision days. New Pacer anytime within the next 4 days letting us know where we stand.
PTSC volume continues to be weak and will not change until decisions are reached. Warrant buyback is old news but with this in the rear view mirror could mean very good news for SP growth with positive decisions. There are obviously shareholders, I think TPL, that are trying to keep the price down. This will not last with great decisions coming out in the next month.
Hopefully the stay will not be extended. Shareholder meeting comments by CEO are all we have to go on with this quiet period.
I stated this on September 30th:
" This stock will not go to $10 this year. I believe and hope if all goes right in TX and USPTO, it may go to $5. This is a grand assumption and I would be thrilled beyond belief if it does that. This stock has been studied up, down and sideways by some very analytical people on this board. You wonder what it was going to take to make SP rise. The stars definitely need to be aligned it seems for anything good to happen. Jim Turley said it best. This stock is rediculously under valued and from the way it was written by him with a lot of frustration and probably a little anger over the way it has performed. Nothing is guaranteed. He presents a picture that things are going to change and he might be getting impatient with the lack of quickness when everything is going right and little is happening to SP. Aren't we all?"
SP is moving "slowly up and to the right". Texas and PTO decisions are in many ways one and the same as they speak volumes on the efficacy of the MMP. At this point, all hands on deck for PTSC and TPL. 2 must wins.
The successful completion of these 2 important events is near, probably prior to or on December 22nd. PTO decision may be required before J3 will move. We cannot assume anything, there is a battle going on that we pray we will win.
