OMG !  "someone" has been methodically selling blocks of shares like this for months !  WHY ???  To keep the price suppressed !  WHY ? NO ONE KNOWS !!!! (except the ones doing it)  Guesses anyone. SURE ! Here's mine.  There's a deal been made a long time ago whereby Swartz methodically  sells and someone else methodically buys. WHO ? I DON'T KNOW !! Guesses? SURE! 

  1..PTSC ...ILLEGAL ! wow...nobody ever broke the law before

   2..Swartz...Why sell then buy  ?  Ask your accountant.

   4...The people we're sueing?...DUH !!!

   5...People that know the people above.....DUH !

  Wait a minute...Donald Trump....didn't he write a book called "The Art of the Deal"?  Suppose anyone read it ?

 I think we are looking TOO closely at this situation and those of you with experience in corporate negotiations should stand back a little,compare this drama to past experiences and tell us what you see.

   Even complete novices like myself can pick out the trading pattern that goes on almost every day ! And I'm just watching (obsessively) my Schwab Quick Quote !   Opening...up till ten then sharp down till eleven... then flat till one then slight rise till three thirty then games are played and it closes. It will take someone smarter than me to figure out what is going on but IT"S THERE.
