Agreed.  Those bashers and "traders" that would like to exploit a delay to pickup shares on the cheap may be hard at work suggesting the sky is falling if there is delay.  I am thinking just the opposite would be true.  I would think that if there is a delay beyond the 30 day stay period, this would be to TPL/PTSC's great BENEFIT!  Given the circumstances-time is TOTALLY on our side.  As each day goes by we inch closer to a motion for summary judgment submitted by our side.  If Judge Ward supports that motion then there would be trial but only for damages.  That would increase the likelihood of a much greater dollar amount coming our way.  Corrections welcome!
