Now, none of the Proposed Order is true, but if you were to post that on Pacer as being the truth it would cause panic, disruption in the market, and people exclaiming they have lost everything.

Other than changing one bolded word, I agree: posting motions/responses valuable; proposed orders a waste of board space.
