EHWEST - go look at the proposed legislation, find that language, post it, and link it. "IMO" doesn't cut it when facts are available. If you're going to say this stuff, back it up.

BTW, IMO, that legislation will never be passed. While some big tech companies are for it, the pharmies are violently opposed. Think they have no influence? Go buy some Aricept (widely perscribed Alzheimer's meds) - only $800-900 for a 30-day supply sans insurance. Enough money to buy a full-up lap-top, every month. Now tell me where the power is.
