This is a strong possibility.
If so, we need a politician friendly to our way of thinking to step up and get the PTO to determine the validity of the patents.
This is a time of angst to the 100th power for me.
At trial, J3 would like to have this as their defense. It would be hard, maybe impossible to overcome.
I have been wrong before (Thanksgiving settlement). This makes sense. We can only hope that there is a good team working on this at PTO.
