First off , thanks to all for the great DD over the last month or so , and all the opions !

I added today thinking we will hear early next week of settlement , I don't see them signing off this week simplely because the # 's would be out in 6 weeks , And that dosen't make sense to me , Even if they have to file an 8K for material event such settlement of a lawsuit , I don't believe they want the # 's out right a way . So sign next week and the # ' s come out in 4 1/2 nonths !

Keeps with the stragedy to date IMO and if the street doesn't react PTSC gets to buy back more shares at these bargain prices ,Which will be very good for us in the long term , After all the long term is what counts .

If we get an 8K next week , Even with out # 's we will know they are way better than 30mill a peice or it would be simplely business as usual ! We're looking good and only a VERY SHORT TIME form knowing how good !
