That I hope is a good summary... and I hope to h#ll that the Js have in fact seen some preliminary finding from the USPTO showing the '336 will survive in tact... and further convinced them to license now. That IMO is the only question(s) left.. the result of the '336 re-exam and the 584 appeal.
