I am in the camp, if the J's make a deal they will want to free of any future lawsuit related to MMP and their patents. Having personnally been involved in a suit where the settlement took place prior to court date; I believe both (in our situation) did not want to come back into court. AIMHO

Maybe that's why this is going to the last minute or then some, because if the J's settle on a monetary amount (quite possibly huge) the J's will not want to come back a year or two from now to fight it out in court again. Is my logic illogical?
