As I understand it the settlements are in tiers. The first got discounts and deals. The second tier had to pay more. The third tier even more and so on. However, there are catagories for each type of product. That is what I recall from SHMs. The graph was very revealing and exciting to me. And there were rates for each kind of catagory ( precentages ). For quite a while I was under the impression that the settlement fees should be increasing with each signing and was unsettled when the amounts would be the same or less or just a bit more. Maybe others understood the plan while I didn't, but by being at the meeting I got clarification. I don't know where or if the fees are explained elsewhere, but Lecrone explained it once very quickly . He didn't seem to dwell on it or try to explain it to much. But it was presented and he seemed rather pleased with the plan. If someone knows where it is to post it would be interesting to many I think. There were as I recall 8 catagories. I also recall Lecrone being happy to have achieved settlements in each of the catagories at that point, thus the foundation/base was set across the board. I would like to know the rates for each tier and the % of each increase.
