I recall reading somewhere where Turley or someone commented on the outcome of the Arbiration that was held in September. If my recollection is correct, the outstanding issue at artritration was the amount of the settlement to be paid. With this scenario, and the Js returning to table, it is just logical to beleive that an agreement can be reached in the window provided by the stay.

 Can someone confirm my recollection?
