I'm not sure I agree with this statement.

 MHO, if right justification is deemed not a requirement, as we suspect it will, then ARM is in deep dodo.  At this point I think it will be more cost effective to go after ARM/ARM licensees.  That is a much smaller universe to examine.  How does one find out it a chip infringes on the 148?  From this perspective, I believe the 584 will be much more valuable than the 148 will ever be. 

Perhaps a good topic for discussion over the weekend.  Opty
