Sounds ok.

IMO, TPL and our layers are clever enough to know what to do. However, I don't believe TPL/PTSC start such court actions etc without a well done preparation. They have a lot of IEE engineers, EE experience and leagal power within both companies to decide what to do. Sure, everything is possible.

We'll see.......I am optimistic!
