However, since the '584 is basically no longer an issue in the litigation in TX, I doubt this prompted the stay/urge to settle (I still think JW ruled in private re: ACP).
But what this may do is prompt the Js to go ahead and license the entire MMP, including the '584. The risk on the '584 may have gone way up. What's nice is that this may remove the concern some have expressed about the Js hesitating to license the whole package.
What's more profound is how ARM might be feeling right now.
