IMO..Based on what I have read so far, I would say the "584 appears to be in very good shape, or at least a lot better shape than I once thought after the Markman. I believe we argued our case well, but it is the USPTO opinion that counts, not mine. In the mean time, I plan to overlay the re-exam request with our response as well as the Markman, and than want to vette out some questions I have with a patent attorney and EE. If I find anything, I will share with the board, but this process will take some time. Hopefully the USPTO quickly rules in our favor and than we no longer have to speculate. With that said, IMO the '584 is the least important of the patents, however, as I have stated for some time now, if we can defend the "584 and win...than it would seem that we should have no problems with the "336 and "148, as IMO they both fared much better in the Markman. Plus, I really want ARM in bad way! My friend BaNosser and I have a bone to pick with a guy named Dr. Z! LOL
