They wouldn't wait to announce settlement until the last day, Dec 1st (Dec 3rd is a Mon, hell Nov 30th for that matter), there by putting this revenue into the next Q.. not disclose dollar figures and make us wait until... April '08 for the settlement amounts in the that Q?

... they wouldn't do that, right....?

Mr Turley.. release the settlement figures with the announcement.. and put Hoffman to work
