OK.. please remove my line regarding NECEA being arguably the major NEC entity (that info did not have any bearing on this discussion anyway)... it still does not change the fact that NECEA has not licensed.. and when those other NEC entities settled, the '584 was still part of the litigation

ARM joined suit in September 2006, NEC licensed in February 2007

...and the '584 was not dropped from this litigation until Sept 2007
