Not sure I agree, but I am NOT an attorney so I may be missing something. Seems to me ARM intervened on behalf of the J's for the "584, and that is what gave the Texas litigation "exceptional circumstances". Not sure if that is where BaNosser is going with this, but that is how I see it playing out. Not trying to be adversarial, as I consider you much smarter than I.... I just enjoy the conversation.
