Would not the first part - (up to lawsuit,) be sufficient for our purposes? Are you saying that the additional information in that statement is to inform us that they are trying to license the MMP, not just part of it.  If that is the meaning, they have got some nerve to put it in writing.  Don't you wonder what Judge Ward would say if he knew that settlement on the issues was possible, but TPL wants to go beyond the issues at hand?  Hmmmm.   Opty
