If J Ward had Stayed this litigation for reasons of USPTO re-exam, he would have stated it so

This case is Stayed, if/when settlement occurs there will be no reason for an ACP ruling by J Ward, nor will there need to be any MSJ

As for the USPTO rexam of the '336, I don't expect results for another 3-6 months, due to the complexity of the '336 patent
