IMO...No. As I have stated in the past, I have spoken to two patent attorneys about the stay, and they both said this is most likely not the case. Reason being simple, that if it was the case, than it would have been stated in the stay request. Both attorneys agreed that based on the timing of the stay request, being right after mediation was scheduled to be completed, and so close to the start date of the trial, and the fact that it was agreed to by both parties, the logical conclussion is a settlement is in the works. Of course we don't know what exactly that means, but we shall find out soon enough IMO. Also, throw in the holidays as some have sated on this board, and IMO it even gets clearer.
