I also think Swartz isn't THE "seller". Sure he does sometimes, but if he still belives in the PTSC-story, he should keep his sahres. Especially, at this juncture as we are a couple of days or weeks away from a decision, wether a settlement or a trail case in January. IMO, many trades jumped on the latest run an see there chance to unload shares to trade again.

I am honest, that I am a little bit disapointed to gain just 1.5% by a new deal. Well, TEAC isn't the biggest we can expect.
