After these two deals how much more cash does PTSC have on hand? Are there going to be more deals before the stay is over? It seems to me the rate of signings is increasing. Could PTSC be buying and have an order in at 60 cents range? How long after the signing does it take for PTSC to get the money from TPL ?  Could there be another company eager to sign before the stay is over? Too much potential IMO to be a seller at this point.
