The point greeneyes is making is that the PDS signed the TEAC to a license. PDS is owned 50-50 by TPL & PTSC. Alliancense handles the license deals. While Turley didn't comment NEITHER did the other half of the company ownership, ie. Leckrone. Only an Alliacense VP is quoted. That actually may speak volumes in that the two companies in the TX lawsuit from our side remain MUM regarding MMP licensing. Perhaps they are being "quiet" for a period? Hmmmmm
