Given the fact that almost all investors are in at current levels because of the huge potential settlements instead of earnings it's hard to see how any technical analysis can be applied.

I'd expect as the days pass and it gets closer to end of 30 day 'deal making period' or date Patent office might make declaration we'll see continued increase in market price. Some investors only want to hold for short period of time. These people could be piling into the stock over the next week or so.

It's a theory but has some basis since that's why a few people I know, including myself, came aboard for the ride.
