I can't follow what your criticisms have to do with where we are with PTSC. I don't believe that Fish has anything whatsoever to do with this case, so why must he be kept "under wraps?"

I also don't know anything about any $1 billion dollar "part of the story."

Forgive my ignorance, but I can't, for the life of me, see how this story would or could have any effect at all on the outcome of the settlement/trial.
