Minimum $5.00 bid, the $4.00 is for Capital Markets.

Imagine the share price going to $2 after settlement, a 1-for-5 reverse split would drop the O/S to 80 million. PTSC would then have over 400 million shares(the Authorised doesn't change) @ $10 with which make acquisitions. Think of what could be purchased with that and where the price would go subsequently.
