Tom Tom and Garmin are competitors and generally these type of cases settle with

cross licensing agreements and not payments,

So don't think a TPL/PTSC release will be worded this way.

Or at least it will include the phrase "an undisclosed sum of money" and

hopefully the phrase " that doubles the GDP of California"
