At the April 2007 SHM, Pohl stated that #'s wouldn't be announced unless it was a material event greater than $240M. The converastion was centered around the topic of PR and what constituted a material event, and the Texas litigation was brought up. I thought he said $220M, but in speaking with a friend who attended the meeting with me, he corrected me and said the # was $240M.
