That was a good post.
Add this to the thought process: notice how we haven't had a lot of licensing activity lately? That too should tell us something IMO. IMO, TPL/Alliacense is holding back on signing any new licensees because they KNOW that with a strong settlement in TX, they can get much higher licensing fees.
Now turn that last thought around. Can our team accept anything less than a truly impressive settlement from TX?
