I agree...the USPTO walks to their own beat...and it's a slow one, even though they've added people and have tried to streamline the process.

As I've mentioned before, I've been through a couple of Markman's and at least -3- reexaminations...each one took from 18-24 months from the time it was initiated. 

I hope ours takes less time but I'm not counting on it .
