GE. I know that thanks. People always say MM's are accumulating.

I want to know how, why, if it is legal, do they do it often or is it an under the table manipulation that is used only with bb stocks. If people don't know for sure they shouldn't state the practice as fact.

I just want to know what some with more experience than I, know about the situation....
