- TX solution isn't far away, however a settlement or a trial decison in January

- Warrant topic is gone

- USPTO decison should be IMO along with the TX solution

- New big names as Motorola, Samsung, TI, IBM, GM, Ford, GE.......will be added to the MMP licensers

- Talks to aquire a company to establish a second revenue stream are proceeding well
