either a settlement or a win in court. I don't believe you can apply any PE ratio based upon legal validation of our portfolio. I would expect a quick movement up to the $3 range, a small pull back and consolidation and then a move to $5. Add in any additional signings or other favorable news and I believe we could maintain $5 plus long enough for a NASDAQ listing. BWDIK. This is pure speculation/wishing. Good luck all...
